The wedding ring bearer pillows dates back from the Roman and Egyptian old traditions. The pillow is used to carry
silver and gold stones. Today, the pillow carries the wedding rings.

The wedding coins sits on another wedding pillow. This, like the ring pillow, comes in many styles such as traditional
square, and shapely heart. The wedding coins can be placed inside an organza pouch. This too comes in many styles
such as silver sheer, gold sheer, heart shape, and satin.

The Bible Bearer is often a young boy who carries the Bible. Serving as a Bible Bearer is the child's opportunity to
lead the Sanctuary congregation in worship. During the worship service, they are responsible for bringing in the light
of Jesus Christ into the worship service and taking the light of Christ out into the world at the conclusion of the
service thus the significance of the Bible to the couple's life.

The groom gives the bride thirteen gold coins blessed by the priest. The 13 coins represent the Christ and his 12
apostles. The Arras is given to the bride as a symbol of the unquestionable trust and confidence the groom has in her.
Most often, he presents them in an ornate box, a silver or gold jewelry box, or on a siver or gold gift tray.

on the floor before the bride or carry a bouquet of flowers or thornless roses. The recommended age for flower girls is
between four and eight years of age, or even older. There may be more than one flower girl, particularly if the bride
has several young relatives to honor.

Historically, the clothing was provided by the families of the bride and groom, but most modern couples expect the
parents of the flower girl to pay for her clothing and other expenses related to her participation.
